It is Good to Get Emotional About Your Business

It has been argued many times that emotions and business should never blend. We are told “business is business” or “business and pleasure don’t mix.” But I wholeheartedly disagree with this notion and so do many of my fellow business leaders, according to a recent survey.
Executives and CEOs of major firms are increasingly acknowledging the fact that employees and the general public perceive those businesses with a “heart” as being more attractive options for employment or when making purchasing decisions.
