Mr. Chaudhary believes in the “Extended Family Concept” in which the artisans as not looked upon as mere laborers; rather as family members. Each and every artisan who is associated with him is considered a family member and hence given equal importance like any other member of family. This strengthens the bond between his thought and the reality enabling him to have a closer and more deliberate relation. This also provides the sense of dignity to the artisans, which increases their moral and therefore their productivity, which in turns brings prosperity to their homes and of course in our Family.
Blessed with three daughters and two sons, Mr. Chaudhary indoctrinated the same virtues in his children.

Ms. Archana Chaudhary: Science Graduate in Textile Chemistry from North Carolina University, U.S.A. and has been working for the last five years as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Jaipur Rugs, Atlanta, U.S.A.
Ms. Kavita Chaudhary: Graduate in Business Administration from Chicago University, Atlanta, U.S.A. and has been working for the last four years as a Design Director in Jaipur Rugs Company Pvt. Ltd, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary: Pursued two years of graduation in management from Boston College, U.S.A and is holding the position of Director, Jaipur Rugs Company Pvt. Ltd (Jaipur, Rajasthan) for the last two years.
Mr. Nitesh Chaudhary: The youngest son, who recently passed the school, from Step-by-Step School, Jaipur, went to Atlanta for further studies.
